5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We deliver across Bangladesh.

  • Timeline: Inside Dhaka typically takes 2–3 business days; outside Dhaka takes 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Delivery charges will be added at checkout and are non-refundable.

  • Inspection: Customers are requested to inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please inform the delivery person immediately.

6. Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

  • Change of Mind: For hygiene reasons, Cosmetics and Ornaments cannot be returned or exchanged due to a "change of mind."

  • Handmade Items: Slight variations are not considered defects but are hallmarks of handmade craftsmanship.

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Refunds: Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
